Front ring for a bread bag in the shape of the letter D.

Made of 3 mm wire (early rings were exactly like this, since 1940 they have become stronger - 3.5-4 mm). Clearance 24 mm. The connection is welded. For one bread bag you need 2 rings. Price per 1 piece.

We offer rings made of aluminum and steel. Aluminum ones were never painted in the original.

Merchandising tips

Use with the front leather tabs of a compatible bread bag to restore its field-bottle and mess-tin attachment points. Pair with a canteen suspension hook, mess-tin strap and stabilizing tabs; choose the smaller rear rings for the shoulder strap.

Historical reference

The front D-rings of the German M31 bread bag carried the field bottle and mess tin. Leather tabs below the rings held their straps to reduce movement while the soldier walked or ran.
